    Build the route once

    Create a route template with its stops and recurrence (every Tuesday, every other week, and so on). Green Ledger generates the jobs.

    Optimize the stop order

    One click reorders stops to cut drive time, or drag them into the order you want.

    Crew opens it on their phone

    Crew mode runs in the phone's browser. Team members clock in, see today's stops, and start and finish each job with a GPS stamp and photos.

    Reschedule without the phone tree

    Move a job or a whole day; the change history is kept, and customers can request changes that you approve.

    Know what got done

    Completed jobs flow into invoicing and into productivity reports by crew.

What Green Ledger does not do yet

Green Ledger does not yet have a live map showing where each crew is right now, or a drag-and-drop day-view dispatch board. Crews leave GPS stamps when they start and finish each job.

Common questions

Is there an app my crew has to install?

No. Crew mode runs in the phone's web browser on iPhone or Android. Team members open a link, log in, and see their day. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Can it optimize my mowing route?

Yes. Green Ledger reorders the stops on a route to reduce drive time, and you can drag stops into a different order at any time.

Does it track where my crew is?

Crews leave a GPS stamp when they clock in and when they start and finish each job, and job photos are stored with the job. Live real-time crew tracking on a map is not available yet.

Does adding crew members cost extra?

No. Every plan includes unlimited admins, team leads and field staff. Pricing is based on how many clients you manage.
