Built for lawn care and landscaping
Most landscaping companies lose evenings to invoicing: remembering who was mowed, typing the same invoice every month, chasing the ones that never got paid. Green Ledger generates invoices from the contract you already signed, sends them for you, and collects payment online.
Plans start at $50.00/month with unlimited team members. See all plans.
Each line on the contract carries its own price, frequency and payment schedule. The customer signs electronically or on paper.
On the contract's schedule, Green Ledger builds the invoice from the contract lines and any completed extra work — nothing to type.
Invoices go out automatically by email or text with a secure pay link. You can also hold them as drafts for review first.
Card or ACH bank payment from the link, no account needed. Autopay charges on the due date and retries automatically if a payment fails.
Aging reports, payment history and reminders for overdue invoices, all exportable to CSV for your bookkeeper.
Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonal billing follows the contract automatically. Change the contract and the invoices follow.
Bill a single cleanup, or turn completed jobs into an invoice in a few clicks.
Split an invoice across payers, add extra-work charges, or let a customer request an adjustment you approve.
Customers enroll a card or bank account once; failed payments retry on a schedule without you lifting a finger.
Every invoice carries your company branding, a notes box for the customer, and a PDF copy.
Automatic payment reminders, overdue notices and paid receipts by email.
What Green Ledger does not do yet
Green Ledger does not sync directly to QuickBooks or other accounting software yet. Today you export CSV reports for your bookkeeper; a direct integration is on the roadmap.
Yes. Recurring invoices are generated from each contract's billing schedule and delivered by email or text automatically. You can switch any customer to draft-for-review mode if you prefer to check invoices before they go out.
No. Every invoice includes a secure link where the customer can pay by card or bank transfer without creating an account. A full customer portal is available for those who want it.
Not yet. Green Ledger exports invoices, payments and reports to CSV that your bookkeeper can import. A direct accounting integration is on the roadmap.
Green Ledger charges a flat monthly price based on how many clients you manage, with unlimited team members on every plan. Current plans are listed on the Pricing page.
